Why can’t I find an event on the website?
Below are a few reasons or suggestions to help you with your search.
- No performances are currently scheduled for 1STBANK Center, date, or artist you may have selected.
- 1STBANK Center will only list an event after all information is confirmed with artist management. Events are always listed in time to purchase tickets the day they are put on sale.
- Check the proper spelling of the artist, band, or building. All words must be spelled correctly.
- Check to see you entered the proper Search Type and the corresponding artist, city, zip, or building.
- Make sure there is spacing between your words (i.e. John Hiatt, not johnhiatt)
- Try a different search method. Search by city or zip instead of artist name or building name.
- The event may not be officially promoted by 1STBANK Center or AEG Live. You may want to try finding the event on the Band’s official website.
How do I buy tickets?
Online - Click the "Buy Tickets" link on the SHOW DETAILS page of the Band you would like to see.

Phone – You may purchase tickets by calling TicketHorse at 866-461-6556 (8am - 8pm M-Sat., 9am - 5pm Sun.). Denver customers can dial locally at 303-53HORSE.
Anytime box office is open (event days) you may purchase tickets for any upcoming 1STBANK Center event this is on sale and not sold out.
How do I purchase accessible seating?
TicketHorse sells accessible seating via the internet, through our call center, and at all self-ticketing kiosks at Colorado Dick’s Sporting Goods stores. These seats are available to any party that has someone requiring accessible seating, and the ticket limit for these seats is the same as the limit set for the general public.
What time zone is used for the show time and on sale time?
All dates and times are local.
How do I subscribe/unsubscribe to a concert calendar for events in my area?

You may unsubscribe from this service at any time by editing your profile here, or clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the concert calendar you receive.
I am looking for employment information, where can I find it?
1STBANK Center only accepts resumes for open positions submitted through our corporate websites.

How can I meet the band?
Only the artist record company, artist management, or artist fan club grant backstage access or meet n’ greet opportunities. 1STBANK Center does not handle artist access.
How do I get directions to the show?
Please visit our venue information page for detailed directions and a map.
The show is this week and my tickets haven’t arrived, they’ve been lost, or they’ve been damaged. What can I do?
Please call TicketHorse, not 1STBANK Center, if you any of these issues within 3 days prior to the event. You can find directions on how to reach customer service at TicketHorse here.
For tickets purchased through Artist Fan Club or another organization you should contact that organization directly for information.
What happens if my event is cancelled or postponed?
For TicketHorse, all transactions will automatically be credited in full for cancellations (including all fees) to the credit card of record; no need to return tickets.
For postponement, all tickets currently being held for the originally scheduled concert will be valid for the rescheduled date.
If you are unable to make the rescheduled date, refunds are available.
For the box office, credit card purchases will be automatically credited in full to the card of record. For cash or check purchases, tickets must be MAILED to :Box Office; 1000 Chopper Circle; DC 80204. The reason for this is that box office hours are varied and limited at both the Paramount and the 1STBANK Center, so we don’t want them to go back to point of purchase, as there’s a good chance the box office won’t be open. Refund checks will be issued for cash and check refunds.
Do I have to pay for parking?
Parking is not included with admission. Please contact venue within a week of the show for parking rates, as they can be show specific.
What time do the doors open?

Is there a restaurant inside the venue?
We have several concession stands with items such as chicken sandwiches, burgers, veggie burgers, hot dogs, burritos and pizza, to name a few.
Do the concession stands take credit cards?
Concession stands accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express, and cash.
